What is Belsi’s return & exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you
return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return policy is subject
to the following: Jewelry pieces that are eligible for a return can be returned within 3
days after you receive them. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the
same condition that it was received: unused, with tags, invoice, and in its original
packaging.
How to start a return or exchange?
To process a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
1. Please send a return request via email at info@belsisjewelry.com with images of
the products, packaging, and tags.
2. Once you received acceptance of your return from our team, please keep all
items, including the invoice, in a package and ship the product back within 5
working days to the address provided by our support team. Items sent back to
us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days once we receive your
returned items.
My jewelry pieces came damaged. Now what?
Please inspect your order and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or
if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is considered damaged?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received as damaged. Items that are
damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Which items are nonrefundable?
We do not accept returns for items that are on Sale or items purchased using a
credit or gift coupon. If you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase,
please get in touch.
How can I cancel my order?
Please send any Cancellation of order request within 24 hours of purchase, before
orders are processed. We cannot process the cancellation if the order/orders are
processed.
